Acceptable Use Policy

• Content that infringes intellectual property, trademarks or publicity rights of others.
• Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or content that sexualises real identifiable people without consent.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or hatred against protected groups.
• Garments, prints or branding that imitate counterfeit goods or violate sanctions regulations.
• Personal data of third parties uploaded without a lawful basis.

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract source code or model weights.
• Attempts to bypass authentication, rate limits, billing or credit metering.
• Automating account creation, sharing accounts or reselling access without a written partnership agreement.
• Probing, scanning or load-testing the platform without prior written consent.
• Using the platform to send spam, malware, phishing or fraudulent communications.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the outputs you publish. Do not use AI fit, AI imagery or open-platform endpoints to generate prohibited content listed above. We may apply automated and human review to enforce this policy.

Credits are provisioned for legitimate apparel design and production workflows. Industrial-scale automated consumption (for example, scripted batch runs that exceed published API rate limits) requires an enterprise plan. Abusive consumption may be throttled or refunded and removed.

Report security issues to [email protected]. Do not exploit, publish or share vulnerabilities before we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix them. We thank good-faith researchers in our security acknowledgements.

We may remove offending content, throttle accounts, suspend access or terminate accounts that violate this AUP. Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement. We try to give prior notice when it is safe and lawful to do so.
