Refund Policy

If you purchase a subscription or credit pack and decide TextileHarmony is not for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original payment, provided you have used less than 25% of the credits included in that purchase.

• Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
• Include your invoice number and a short note describing what didn’t work for you.
• We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.

Recurring renewals are not eligible for the 14-day guarantee. You can cancel any active subscription at any time from your dashboard — cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not refund the current period. Unused credits remain available until their normal expiry.

Credit packs are pre-paid usage. Beyond the 14-day window, credit purchases are non-refundable but credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase and can be used across any feature on the platform.

For orders paid by bank transfer, the 14-day window starts on the date funds are received. If you need to cancel before the platform is activated, contact us — we will refund the gross amount minus any non-recoverable bank fees.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks issued without contacting us first may result in account suspension while we work with the issuer to resolve the dispute.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. By starting to use the platform within that period you consent to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service is fully used.
